The part that annoys me the most is the use of the word “competent,” as if we are somehow mentally unfit. It irritates me that this antiquated bit of legislation still exists within our state.  Not surprised Arkansas is on the list. I wonder if there’s any laws against any other religions? Like say Satanism. As a pagan could I run for office? Just things to think about.
